Ecotech's - Hach/American Sigma Calibration Center is a division of International instrument manufacturer Ecotech Pty Ltd that provides calibration, service, maintenance and rentals of Hach/American Sigma instruments to the Australian and New Zealand.

Ecotech's Hach/American Sigma Calibration Center have a broad workforce who have years of experience with various Hach instrumentation. Ecotech has been providing these services to its Australian customers for 25 years and its expertise utilised to train a variety of Hach representatives and distributors within Australia/New Zealand. Ecotech's facilities included dedicated wetlabs and service areas for Hach instrument calibration and repair, along with an open channel water flow calibrator.

Ecotech have a wide variety of calibration facilities within its international headquarters including water and Hach/American Sigma specific calibration facilities. Ecotech operate an open channel flow meter calibrator used for calibrating a wide range of flow meters (including the Sigma 900 series).

Ecotech’s expertise in environmental instrumentation calibration is unrivalled within Australia and extends beyond Hach and American Sigma products to both technology partner products and competitor products.

Ecotech houses the largest service and repair centre for environmental monitoring instruments within Australia. Ecotech have state of the art facilities with vastly experienced staff to ensure all service and repair jobs can be completed quickly, efficiently and to the highest standard. Ecotech's 25 year history with Hach/American Sigma products ensures that our staff will have a solution for any problem your instruments may have.

Ecotech, along with servicing instruments, also provide convenient plans to fill short term needs for environmental instrumentation. Ecotech provide swap out instruments for customers that allow them to continue their monitoring programs unabated whilst service, calibration or maintenance work is being performed.

Ecotech also provide rentals of equipment for consultants and preliminary water quality studies where purchasing equipment is not feasible. Rentals start from 1 month and can last for over a year. Along with its rental plans Ecotech have a rental-purchase plan allowing renting of instruments until a point where ownership is handed over.
