Teledyne 4020 Total Hydrocarbon analyser


The Model 4020 utilizes a flame ionization detector (FID) for the continuous trace analysis of total hydrocarbons (THC) under a variety of different process conditions.

The 4020 is ideal for monitoring hydrocarbon contamination in high purity bulk gases. When coupled with Teledyne's unique separation column, the 4020 is also diverse enough to be applied in hazardous locations for the detection of volatile hydrocarbons in cooling water for process leak detection and environmental compliance.

The 4020 is also available in a heated configuration (4030) for emissions monitoring and in a specialty version (4080) for the monitoring of hydrocarbons in water.

Baseline Model 9000 Total Hydrocarbon analyser


Total Hydrocarbon Analyser

The Model 9000 is based on a FlowGuard controlled flame ionization detector (FID) and has an incredible range from less than 10 ppb on the high sensitivity version to 100% on the percent level version. The analyzer has a generous complement of analog, digital, and logic output capabilities. It can be configured with internal components for a single or multipoint analysis of non-condensing gas samples.

Teledyne's Model 4040 is a microprocessor-based, oven heated methane / nonmethane gas analyzer designed for high accuracy, sensitivity and stability. The 4040 is designed to continuously measure a variety of hydrocarbon concentrations from one sampling point.

The Model 9000 NMHC is based on a flame ionization detector (FID) and catalyst. It is designed to measure the total, methane, and non-methane hydrocarbon content of gas samples. Baseline Total Carbon Analyser


The Model 9000 TCA is based on a flame ionization detector (FID) and methanizer. It is designed to measure total hydrocarbon content and a combined carbon monoxide (CO) and carbon dioxide (CO2) reading. Baseline BevAlert Model 8900


The BevAlert Model 8900 is a specialized instrument utilized by specialty gas manufacturers and the food and beverage industry to monitor trace volatile organic compounds or total sulfur in CO2 used in carbonated beverages (water, carbonated drinks, beer, etc.) as well as quick frozen foods.

The Opsis gas monitoring system is designed for monitoring in stacks and gas ducts in chemical industries, both in order to increase plant efficiency and to monitor emissions.
